General tips

Our VDO-X CDN Management Service is a advanced Web 2.0 application. Use a modern browser: Firefox 3, Safari 3, Internet Explorer 7 or higher. Install the latest Flash, Silverlight, QuickTime, Windows Media and Java plug-ins. 

We advise to use a fast broadband connection to upload, upstream and preview assets. But you can use a light connection for general management.

First Login

Navigate with your browser to the provided CDN Self Service URL.

Enter your username and password and click login.

(In Internet Explorer you may get a notification that you are entering a site with both secure and non secure items. Agree to continue)

Accept the Conditions and Terms (once). You are now logged in and the VDO-X welcome video loads (once).

The difference is in the details: our dark toned interface is optimized for Pro users in dark studios, edit suites and network operating centers.

The Management Interface is divided into five logical sections: Account Information, Manage Assets, Manage live streams, Statistics and API's.

Click on the Account Information menu item. Please check your personal details and your account setup.
